Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Rompus Australia without creating an account. Simply select 'Checkout As Guest' to continue.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the login page. For security reasons we do not send your password via email.

Which size should I choose?

You can find your fit by using measurements on our sizing chart found here. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@rompus.com.au with your measurements and will assist you with finding your perfect fit.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items displayed are in stock. Check the size from the dropdown box on the product details page to find out which sizes are available.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

Yes, some products will come in stock. Please check back on the website, or contact our customer service team at sales@rompus.com.au to find out about product availability.

What payment methods does Rompus accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and payments via Paypal. Please sign up to a Paypal account here should you wish to use this payment method.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Rompus Australia?

At Rompus, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Braintree. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data. All credit card payment service are secure and are handled by Braintree who hold the highest level of PCIDSS accreditation.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only supply within Australia.

Does Rompus ship to Post Office boxes?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to post office addresses.

Does Rompus ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

All goods purchased on Rompus.com.au will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address. Please see our Delivery, Returns & Exchange Policy for further information. 1. Standard shipping : $10 (5 to 7 working days delivery) 2. Express Shipping : $15 (2 to 5 working days delivery) PLEASE NOTE: Rompus Australia does accept online orders for Christmas Island.
